About Nick Dean

A dynamic real estate entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in luxury real estate, dually licensed in South Florida and Barbados. With a background in hospitality and a deep understanding of super-prime residential, resort rental, and property management, Nick has closed over $150M in sales across top firms including Berkshire Hathaway, Keller Williams, Brown Harris Stevens, and Corcoran.
His passion for real estate was sparked early in Barbados, where he gained unique insight into the luxury vacation home market. Today, he splits time between Barbados and Miami and holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Lynn University.
Nick is also a dedicated philanthropist, supporting Food for the Poor and Habitat for Humanity across the Caribbean and South Florida.
In 2013, he founded CURE Inc, a boutique brokerage that has since evolved into a growing Caribbean real estate conglomerate with over 100 associates. Under his leadership, CURE has expanded to include CURE Design + Build, Project Hub Caribbean, and soon CURE Insurance Brokers. With a focus on luxury vacation homes and future-forward development, Nick is leading CURE into its next chapter—shaping real estate in the Caribbean and beyond.
